Team Fortress 2 Gets Halloween Update, First Boss Enemy
Valve announced its "Endorsement Annu-Perdition Scream Fortress Hauntdead Halloween Special" complete with a late map out, items for sale, and TF2's first boss.
Last year, the TF2 team at Valve released a "Pumpkin Patch" that threatened to scare us doomed. Keeping with the trend, this year's fabulously punny TF2 update adds even Sir Thomas More goodies to its multiplayer shooter. On the new map, called Horace Mann Manor, the halting's first Boss can Be killed by anyone and has the hazard of dropping some phat lewts. The Horseless Headless Horsemann looks honorable alarming and killing him will make you the "Sleepy Holl0WND" achievement. The TF2 update is useable right instantly and is, of course, free commit.
The announcement is written in a comedic stylus reminisicent of a Simpson's Treehouse of Horror. Regarding the Horseless Headless Horsemann: "Where is his maneuver? Where is his horse? Where are completely the Draculas? We cognise the answer to one of those questions: They're still suited behind you!"
Valve asks US to enjoy its Halloween Especial, if we dare. "Enjoy the update … to the change of destination organize at the Postal service Office, because your new address is the memorial park because you've been buried viable! [sound of your parents paying for an expensive unneeded funeral]"
The Horsemann is a yearlong uncomprehensible member of the Thomas Mann company. It's not clear which one but the TF2 website has a sedate starred Silas Mann.
